The purpose of the Moderate Care Program is to provide services for children in North Carolina who have been separated from their parents and/or guardians by no fault of their own, or who have the need for services to help them overcome emotional or behavioral difficulties that they are experiencing at home, school, or in the community.
Our Moderate Care Program Includes:
Individualized plans of care
Educational services via Granville County Public Schools and/or local community college system
Access to therapeutic services and other community support resources
Preparation for independent living
Our work is vital to the health and happiness of North Carolina’s children, and the state as a whole
